Are you a match?
- Two- or Four-year degree in marketing or business-related field or High School Diploma and applicable years of work-related experience
- 2-3 years of recent professional experience in Marketing or related field
- Excellent critical thinking skills with ability to learn and support new applications.
- Strong written, verbal, proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to present a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with internal and external customers and/or fellow employees.
- Must be proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Solid computer skills including the Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
What your day would be like:
- Serve as the lead with maintaining and updating HubSpot by removing or editing records, running queries and other general administration tasks
- Assist the sales and executive team with inputting information and providing support concerning HubSpot questions and training
- Help to effectively execute Marketing campaigns tailored to our customers segments, using tactics such as email, social media, signage, events, trade shows and digital advertising where appropriate.
- Help to create content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and exercise discretion when communicating on behalf of the company and our brand
- Organize and execute Company events, trade shows, open houses, trade associations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Perform other duties as assigned
