We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidate is able to use their communication skills to engage potential customers and increase sales through outbound calling. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.
- Memorize call center pitch and rebuttals.
- Learn about the advantages and benefits of going solar.
- Memorize appointment script and rebuttals.
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections to secure appointments.
- Use the company dialing system to engage & qualify potential customers.
- Schedule appointment demonstrations for our solar advisors.
- Log call outcomes and enter notes accordingly into the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule future appointments.
- Ability to multitask and support multiple sales representatives
- Calm demeanor
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED certificate (required)
- English & Spanish fluent (required)
- Telemarketing or sales experience (1-2 years, required)
- Computer proficiency & experience with CRM software (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Focused and articulate phone rapport (required)
