Requirements
- 2 - 3 Years of Solar Installation Experience (or 3 - 5 years of roofing, electrical or HVAC experience).
- Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Able to properly read blueprints and safely use all power tool equipment.
- Comfortable climbing on ladders and walking on roofs.
- Fluent in English (Bilingual is Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Verify all material needed to complete the job is on the truck.
- Effectively lead the team to install solar panels per blueprint and company standards.
- Complete all paperwork and take required photos.
- Keep truck and site neat, clean, and organized at all times.
