Job Description:
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by connecting with potential customers and scheduling qualified sales appointments for our Solar Consultants. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and help our team bring solar energy solutions to homeowners and businesses. This is an entry-level to mid-level sales role that offers great opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Solar Sales team to meet with potential customers.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Handle initial customer inquiries and address any concerns related to solar products or services.
- Provide information on solar energy solutions, benefits, and the installation process.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment scheduling to sales consultation.
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product offerings to engage with potential customers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy and renewable technologies is a plus, but we will provide training.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
