Job Title:  Sales Appointment Setter

What We Are Looking For:

Great opportunity to become the Sales Appointment Setter for a growing franchising company that provides commercial cleaning, janitorial and preventive disinfection services.

Compensation And Benefits:

  • $18 - $20/hour

  • Commission

  • 5 sick days (after 1 year of employment)

  • 10 vacation days (after 1 year of employment)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive internal business growth targeting the client relationship , prospecting, qualifying leads, updating the sales CRM database, and performing daily follow-ups

  • Contact potential clients daily to establish rapport and arrange meetings using phone, email, written correspondence as well as marketing mailings.

  • Fully vet leads for outside sales verifying their need for a service estimate

  • Work with outside vendors (i.e. Savvy, BuyerZone) to secure leads

  • Initiate 30-40 calls a day to potential, targeted customers following up on leads daily

  • Schedule the strong leads with the Outside Salesperson maximizing their calendar availability

  • Manage the lead flow for Outside Sales

  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales and Brand Services teams to focus prospecting leads in targeted areas

  • Research proven vertical markets and execute targeted marketing campaigns to identify new opportunities

  • Attend and participate in team and one on one meetings with the outside sales team

  • Achieve sales revenue goals and objectives for new account sales, supply sales and special services

  • Establish a marketing strategy for the client's pipeline of older proposals, non-responsive customers and other stagnant areas of business

Qualifications We Require:

  • 1-5 years of experience with inside sales, researching and identifying high quality leads

  • Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns

  • Hands on experience making multiple outbound calls on a daily basis

  • Highly adept navigating CRM software systems (i.e. Salesforce)

  • The ability to hear “no” and maintain professionalism.

  • Previous experience closing new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads
