About the role:
As the Supply Chain Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement function within the PV recycle factory industry, have knowledge of chemical materials sourcing and support PV glass factory sourcing when necessary. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of all goods and services required by the company. You will also work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Your role will involve developing and executing procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Drive supply chain activities to ensure full compliance with country/sector compliance policies, procedures and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of all goods and services required by the company.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and manage supply chain risks.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Continuously improve the procurement process and systems
- Drive to create synergies from end-to-end supply chain cross multi functions and partners (commercial, production, procurement, customers, and suppliers) and standardize operational processes and goals.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 8 years of full supply chain experience such as Planning, procurement, logistics experience in a complex multinational environment, with at least 5 years focusing on end to end supply chain management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with negotiation skills a plus
- Ability to develop processes and manage projects
- MS Outlook, Word & Excel, w/ intermediate Excel skills recommended. (pivot tables, vlookup, index/match, sumif, etc.)
- Experience with ERP system processes and implementations preferred
- Knowledge of Incoterms, transportation modes, and understanding of carrier tariffs
- Good team player and comfortable to work in a challenging business environment.
