About the Role
This position provides a unique opportunity to join SolarEdge's North American Sales Team as a key member in leading the company's sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry.
Responsibilities
- Create a vision and strategy for the future territory business, focusing on sales, service, and channels aligned with the overall goals of SolarEdge's global strategy.
- Consistently meet sales quotas and market share targets while managing SolarEdge's local team and supporting their daily needs to achieve business plan objectives.
- Nurture relationships with leading PV installers, project developers, and distributors both locally and globally.
- Assist product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio by gathering feedback from customers and business partners and closely monitoring industry trends.
Requirements
- BS in a related technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (a plus).
- A knowledge of Residential & Commercial solar is an added plus.
- Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
