Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Wound Care Nurse LPN to join our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients'wounds
- Develop individualized care plans incollaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer wound care treatments, includingcleaning, debridement, dressing changes, and application of topicalmedications
- Monitor and document the progress of woundhealing
- Utilize advanced wound care products andtechnologies as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on properwound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Provide guidance on lifestyle and dietarymodifications to promote wound healing
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families,and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcareregulations, standards, and policies
