Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the community experience for residents, owners and builder clients. This position requires a blend of customer service, property management, and administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of our community. The Community Associate will be responsible for fostering a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks related to property leasing and facilities management. This is a flexible and hybrid position, with the ability to work from both a home or business office.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, owners and builders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Enumerate software for community management.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure that the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Attend Board meetings as needed.
- Conduct community inspections and follow up with required correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and resident interactions in accordance with company policies.
- Perform legal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in community association management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Enumerate Central & Engage and Ms Office or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to build positive relationships with residents.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
