We are looking for a Finance Administrator to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses, accounts receivable, and payroll.
MUST BE LOCATED IN: NY, CA, FL, SC, GA or WA.
Finance Administrator responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports, assisting with client communication, and managing invoices. If you have an accounting or bookkeeping background, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll be key in helping to maintain our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially.
Responsibilities
- Update systems/software with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Track and reconcile credit card statements
- Support payroll and keep organized records
- Record accounts receivable and follow up with clients
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Requirements and Skills
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, AP/AR Clerk, or similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Strong experience with Quickbooks Online
- Experience with Bill.com is preferred
- Experience with Expensify and Connectwise, preferred
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- BSc degree in Finance or Accounting
