We are a fast-moving, innovation-led team working at the intersection of clean energy and AI. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth (Independent Contractor, 1099) to lead our go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
Role Overview
As Head of Growth, you will own and drive the strategic growth engine of SolarVue AI. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, and revenue operations. You’ll work directly with the founders to scale adoption, increase ARR, and refine product-market fit through a data-first, iterative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, outbound).
- Build and optimize scalable lead generation and customer acquisition programs.
- Identify and test new channels and campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with product and sales to align go-to-market strategy and improve conversion at each stage.
- Establish and track KPIs, using data to make informed growth decisions.
- Lead content strategy, SEO/SEM, CRM optimization, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand reach and market presence.
- Create growth experiments and automation workflows to optimize performance at scale.
Qualifications
- 5 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing within a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Twitter/X.com/XSpaces (i.e., social audio), etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to scale ARR from early stages to multi-million revenue.
- Analytical mindset with strong experience using data tools to measure performance (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and hands-on execution.
- Experience in the clean tech, solar, or B2B AI/SaaS industries is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
