Your Impact
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales
- Keep Company management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce
- Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
- Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technical
- Provide Company Management with information about the local market opportunity and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships
- Other duties as assigned
Your Experience
- Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)
- Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
- Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
- Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and overall Company business environment
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange and SalesForce
- Can speak Spanish and English
