What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator (Healthcare / B2B Tech) position at SolComms?
SolComms, an award-winning, fast-growing, high-energy PR agency, is hiring an Account Coordinator to support its healthcare & B2B tech division.
We're an integrated agency for startups and scale-ups at the intersection of corporate and consumer. SolComms selectively partners with companies who have a point of view from both a brand and executive level - that’s our sweet spot. Our work turns new products into trending consumer must-haves, brands into media darlings, and founders into thought leaders across healthcare, tech, lifestyle, and more.
We launched in April 2023 and have 35 clients and 20 employees. Here's what you'll do:
- Conduct daily and weekly audits, flagging coverage, relevant news pertaining to your clients, and more
- Manage key administrative tasks, including editing PR trackers, drafting call agendas and recaps, leading monthly reporting, scheduling client meetings, and more
- Participate in media relations activities, such as building thoughtful and targeted media lists, pitching, securing coverage, and developing relationships with editors
- Draft media materials, including pitches and briefing docs
- Conduct in-depth industry research
- Participate in client calls, brainstorms, and planning sessions
- Assist in planning and executing events
