About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for the seamless operation and strategic direction of a first-of-its-kind downtown Miami property combining luxury high-rise residences, premium retail spaces, and vibrant mixed-use amenities. You will oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring world-class standards of service, innovative problem-solving, and flawless execution of business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Property Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury high-rise residential, retail, and mixed-use spaces to ensure exceptional standards in all areas.
Maintain a sharp focus on the unique needs of retail tenants and customers, proactively solving challenges, fostering relationships, and delivering an outstanding tenant and guest experience.
Develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan, managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Monitor and report key metrics, including NOI performance, and work across teams to achieve corporate and ownership objectives.
Partner with tenants to provide exceptional service, ensure lease compliance, and support lease administration while driving revenue opportunities.
Partner with marketing teams to create memorable guest experiences by delivering well-coordinated events and campaigns that align with the property’s vision as a key destination.
Collaborate with security services to establish rigorous safety programs and emergency preparedness plans while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Build and lead a high-performing team, providing the tools, training, and leadership to enhance employee performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
