Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead all phases of project execution—from planning to commissioning—ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met. This role involves regular travel, both within the U.S. and internationally, offering exciting exposure to different environments and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety for every aspect of the project, both on-site and off-site.
- Manage all operational aspects of assigned projects, including sourcing, construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet performance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships.
- Read and interpret technical specifications and drawings with precision.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with technical experts to implement cost-effective, cutting-edge technological solutions.

3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or construction industries – MUST (no exceptions) A degree in engineering or business (experience in Capital Expenditures projects is a plus). Reside in the Denver, CO area Open to Travel 15 – 20% (domestic and international) Willing to work in-office (this is not a remote role) PMP is preferred but not required. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proven leadership ability in a team setting. Strong technical curiosity and interest in manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
