Position Overview :
AHED is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our Google environment, address open tickets, and support our higher education software and technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems and enhancing the educational experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain AHED's Google environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support for higher education software and technologies used across the organization.
- Respond to and resolve open support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their work.
- Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives that align with AHED's mission and goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on the status of the IT environment.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.
