Key Responsibilities
- Catering Strategy Development: Create and execute catering and group sales offerings tailored to the Menu of this luxury burger establishment across all five franchise locations.
- Guerilla Marketing: Implement on-the-ground marketing efforts to generate leads and drive sales. Regularly visit business opportunities and local communities to promote services.
- Lead Management: Manage all leads, prospects, and definite business while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding financial impacts.
- Marketing Initiatives: Propose and implement marketing efforts within budgeted parameters to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- CRM & Reputation Management: Utilize CRM tools like Bloom Intelligence to build strong relationships with guests and provide reputation management responses.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the organization of group sales activities, catering events, and collaboration with restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Track and report on catering and sales performance while managing pre-, during, and post-event communication with potential and confirmed clients.
- Proven experience in a similar restaurant or catering role, with the ability to hit the ground running and develop the position from day one.
- Hands-on experience with guerilla marketing strategies is a must.
- Strong communication skills, attention to personal appearance, and ability to present in a polished and professional manner.
- Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
- A college degree in hospitality or a related field is ideal, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
