Job Summary
As Senior Manager of Demand Generation , you'll grow the function within the B2B Marketing team, to scaledemand for the Solera HALO™ platform and our curated network of healthcare point solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Marketing, you'll craft and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging customer insights and multi-channel approaches. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature, working cross functionally to understand evolving opportunities, refine tactics based on measured performance, and execute efficiently to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute a lead generation strategy using content, events, and digital marketing.
- Optimize SQLs to hit revenue targets within budget and customer acquisition cost (CAC) constraints.
- Craft messaging strategies with marketing peers that resonate with various health plan and employer customer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to align marketing and revenue goals.
