The State Farm customer service representative answers incoming calls from State Farm policyholders, agents, and glass retailers to file auto glass only claims.
The CSR provides help in locating a shop, dispatches the work order to the shop and clarifies any questions regarding the claim handling process.
Job Overview:
- $13.50 /hour plus monthly bonus
- Must complete 3 week onsite paid training (then work from home, we provide equipment)
- Full time schedule
- Must be available to work any shift assigned by management between the hours of 8am-9pm
- Rotating weekends
- No cold calling, no sales, no collections
- Bi-weekly pay
- Must pass background screening
