What You’ll Be Doing:
- HR & People Support – Help with onboarding, personnel records, and keeping our team running smoothly.
- Bookkeeping & Organization – Process invoices, track expenses, and manage purchase orders.
- Office Operations – Shipping small parts, executing customer appreciation projects, process improvement and documentation, general office organization, and other tasks as needed.
- Helping Us Grow – As we expand, so can your role!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HR administration and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who enjoys variety and solving problems.
- Proficiency in administrative systems including Google Drive, BambooHR, Ease, and Quickbooks
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Proficient at using the internet
- 2 years of similar experience or an Associate’s Degree
