What You’ll Be Doing:

  • HR & People Support – Help with onboarding, personnel records, and keeping our team running smoothly.
  • Bookkeeping & Organization – Process invoices, track expenses, and manage purchase orders.
  • Office Operations – Shipping small parts, executing customer appreciation projects, process improvement and documentation, general office organization, and other tasks as needed.
  • Helping Us Grow – As we expand, so can your role!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in HR administration and bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who enjoys variety and solving problems.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems including Google Drive, BambooHR, Ease, and Quickbooks
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient at using the internet
  • 2 years of similar experience or an Associate’s Degree

Pay/Hours:
