Role : Linux Cloud Systems Administrator Location : Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)Term : Long Term Responsibilities : Linux Administration : Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading Linux systems and servers. Expertise in Linux OS administration across Ubuntu, CentOS, and RedHat. Strong knowledge in Linux server support, troubleshooting, and storage implementation. Proven experience in risk-based systems running on UNIX / Linux platforms, includingOS clustering, partitioning, and virtualization. Hands-on experience with day-to-day UNIX / Linux OS installation, migration, and break-fix support. Cloud & Virtualization : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ability to deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based Linux environments. Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Support and manage VMware 6.5 / 6.7 cluster environments. Soft skills : o Critical thinker / problem solver – should come up with solutions, not just problems. o Self-motivated and responsible, works independently and part of the remote team well. o Good communication skills.
