Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure effective inclusion.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to IEPs as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and compliance.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Rhode IslandSpecial Education Teaching License.
- Previous experience working with students with special needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
