Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLPA in your state.
Knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
Excellent communication skills for virtual therapy and documentation.
Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to collaborate with a remote team and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities :
Assist in conducting virtual speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP via video conferencing.
Monitor and document student progress, communicating updates with the supervising SLP.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to support student progress.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and supervision sessions.
