Requirements
- ABA experience is required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
- Experience working with AAC devices is required.
- PMT (Prevention and Management of Threatening Behavior) training is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with Pre-K or Elementary school students preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistency in providing services.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with developmental and behavioral challenges.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and other strategies as developed by the BCBA.
- Work with students on improving social, communication, and academic skills.
- Ensure the use of evidence-based ABA strategies to encourage positive behavior.
- Monitor progress and document data for the BCBA.
- Provide support in various settings, including classroom and other school environments.
- Full-time, 32.5 hours per week.
- Working with two students on a rotating schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with one student, and Tuesday and Thursday with the other.
