Required Degree(s): High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred)
Required Certification(s): Behavior Technician certification (or willingness to obtain certification)

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join a supportive school district near Lynnwood, WA. In this role, youll provide essential support to students with behavioral and developmental needs, helping them achieve their goals in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support for students.
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
• Certification as a Behavior Technician (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.

Pay & pensation:

• Hourly Rate: Up to $25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
