Position Details : Location : Michigan
Caseload : K-12 students
Schedule : Monday through Friday
Pay Range : $22 - $24 per hour
Requirements :
Education : Associates degree in a related field or possession of a valid Paraprofessional Certification.
Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience : Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities :
Assist teachers in classroom management and instruction.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Help implement lesson plans and support individual learning goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers.
