Job Responsibilities

• Accurately input and process prescription data for mail order pharmacy operations
• Verify and process billing information with attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and data entry procedures
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while processing prescriptions
• Utilize coding knowledge for prescription processing and billing (preferred for temp-to-hire consideration)
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless workflow and timely processing
  
  

Requirements

• Active PTCB Certification (Required)
• Valid Virginia Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of information quickly and accurately
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or mail order setting preferred
• Knowledge of billing processes and prescription coding preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to complete an in-person interview
