Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Assist students with developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills in accordance with their IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the supervising OT to implement therapy strategies in the classroom setting.
- Document student progress and therapy activities.
Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited COTA program.
- Illinois COTA licensure (active or in process).
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and any additional school district requirements.
