Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization (APhA preferred)
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff development
• Excellent clinical knowledge and customer service skills
• Inventory management expertise
• Experience with pharmacy management systems
