- Provide mental health support and counseling to students with behavioral, social, or emotional concerns
- Conduct assessments to determine students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Respond promptly to crises involving students, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support to ensure safety and stability in the school environment.
- Facilitate small group sessions focused on specific topics; grief, anxiety, or social skills.
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Valid IL state license as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and PEL license
- CPI Certification preferred (Crisis Prevention Intervention) preferred
