Full time Special Education Teacher

Minimum 1 years special education experience required.

We are seeking a Special Education Teachers to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with multiple openings across Inclusion, Resource, and Self-Contained settings.

Licensure Requirement : Must hold a valid Oregon Special Education License

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet students' unique needs.

Provide differentiated instruction in alignment with students goals and curriculum standards.

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to ensure student success.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Collect data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

Valid Oregon Special Education Teaching License (required).

Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.

Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and self-directed environments.

Experience with diverse student populations and instructional strategies for varying needs.
