Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in supervision sessions and clinical meetings to review cases and receive feedback.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Clinical Fellow (CF) status or eligibility.
- Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or in the process of obtaining.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
