Position Overview
Title : Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist
Job Type : Contract-to-Hire (13 weeks with the potential for permanent placement)
Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85004
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM, with rotating on-call weekends.
Start Date : ASAP
What Youll Do
Prepare sterile pounds, including IVs, hydration, TPNs, and antibiotics, for patients with acute conditions.
Monitor and adjust patients drug therapies to ensure the best outes.
Work directly with patients and providers, offering expert advice on medications, dosing, and treatment plans.
Lead and support pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Stay on top of regulations and best practices to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.
Be a resource for drug information, dosage guidance, and pharmacokinetics.
Who Were Looking For
Experience : At least 1-2 years in an infusion pharmacy setting (this is a must-have).
License : Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing.
Skills : Youre confident, an excellent municator, and ready to step up in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Software : Familiarity with CareTend (formerly CPR ) is a big plus.
Bonus : You thrive on taking ownership of your role and making a real impact.
What You Need to Know
Interview Process : Candidates will need to pass an infusion petency test during the on-site interview.
Environment : The pharmacy just moved into a brand-new 30,000 sq. ft. facilitybig changes are happening here, and they need a pharmacist who can grow with them!
