We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for a ~130-bed general hospital in Lawton, OK. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead pharmacy operations at a hospital that is part of a large healthcare network. The role is set to start ASAP and is expected to last 3 months or more. Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy
• Supervise and manage pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Represent the pharmacy department in meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
• Manage pharmacy services to meet hospital and patient needs
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License
• Management experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff effectively
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting
