Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Canby, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a professional dedicated to implementing behavior analysis programs and improving the quality of life for individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate behavioral issues and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management and support.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, intervention plans, and progress reports.
- Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and standards in behavior analysis.
