What You'll Do
As our Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, youll provide assessments, therapy, and consultation to a caseload of 20-35 students in elementary and high school. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure each student reaches their munication goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting virtual speech and language evaluations
- Developing personalized treatment plans to address munication disorders
- Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Collaborating with educators and parents to support student success
- Attending IEP meetings and maintaining thorough documentation
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in Alabama
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Strong experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Excellent munication and tech skills to navigate a virtual environment
