Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License from the South Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- South Carolina Department of Education Certification as a Speech-Language Therapist or Specialist
- Experience working in a school setting (preferred)

Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and munication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development and achieve IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students, both individually and in groups
- Document and report on student progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and remendations for student support
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to reinforce munication goals
- Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles, practices, and procedures in school settings
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to maintain detailed and organized documentation for progress monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with the IEP process and experience developing IEP goals
