Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to collaborate with licensed SLPs, educators, and families in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
- Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement therapy goals.
- Document and report on student progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support communication development.
- Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and activities.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license/certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
