Job Details
- Location: Delmar, NY, and surrounding areas
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Caseload: Elementary to high school (based on preference)
- Salary: $42 - $60per hour (based on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to achieve speech and language goals
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
- New York State Teacher Certification in Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in school-based settings is a plus
