- Monday Friday: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM (On-call: 9:00 PM 7:00 AM)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (On-call: 6:00 PM 8:00 AM)
- Sunday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (On-call: 6:00 PM 7:00 AM)
- Rotation: 7-on, 7-off

Key Responsibilities
- Verify inpatient and outpatient medication orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and verify IV medications, dosing, and compounding.
- Act as a medication expert to assist clinical staff with medication-related queries.
- Perform order entry using CPSI (prior experience preferred, training available).
- Utilize Omnicell automation for medication dispensing (training available).
- Supervise 1-5 pharmacy technicians with order entry.
- Provide on-call support as scheduled, including nights and weekends.
- Active Michigan Pharmacist License (required).
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations.
- Strong skills in IV preparation and dosing.
- Familiarity with CPSI and Omnicell (preferred, but training can be provided).
- 1-2 days of training/orientation required before starting.
