Soliant Health is seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment in Greenbrae, CA, starting November 18. This position offers flexibility as it is open to both local and travel candidates.
You will work with the EMR system EPIC and have the option of 8-hour Day or Evening shifts, with start times of 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 12:30 PM, or 3:00 PM.

Education:
- Must meet the educational requirements for licensure as a pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy.
- Preferably a graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy, with a Pharm.D. degree and/or pletion of an ASHP-accredited residency program or equivalent.
Experience:
- Two years of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy is preferred.
Prerequisite Skills:
- Current knowledge of drugs, including their position, actions, uses, toxic effects, dosages, availability, and distribution.
- Ability to prepare sterile solutions.
- Familiarity with Federal and State laws regulating the pharmacy profession and drug handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise daily workflow and personnel.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal munication skills for teaching and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of pathophysiology and disease states to evaluate plex therapeutic issues and provide drug therapy remendations.
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of California is required.
