Our long term vision is bring a series of businesses under one umbrella that all serve residential homes. We are looking to add a 4th arm into the business with the focus on legal services.

As the Attorney for Solid Rock Realty, you will be responsible for selling and performing your services and working with our marketing department to generate new business. By having legal services under our umbrella we create a structure of vertical integration, for example an eviction service will lead to maintenance services and property management or sales. You will also be responsible for handling lawsuits directed at the company and countersuing as applicable. WE CONSIDER OURSELVES AN A COMPANY AND ARE LOOKING ONLY FOR AN A TEAM PLAYER!

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the work process to maximize effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and meets goals while providing a high level of customer service.

• Real Estate Syndication Preparation and Advisement
• Real Estate Litigation Defense
• Creating and Drafting Legal Documents
• Attend Court Hearings
• Staying Up To Date on Colorado Real Estate Laws
• Willing to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
• Other assigned tasks as necessary.
• Expectation is to generate an average of 25 billable hours per week.

Job Specific Skills & Traits

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in the State of Colorado.
• Proficiency in the services listed above.
• Comfortable presenting to group.
• Willing to be in front of a camera for marketing purposes.
• Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, clients, and vendors in written and verbal form.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results oriented and high achiever.
• Understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
• Confident telephone voice.
• Positive customer service attitude.
• Must be able to carry and lift 25-50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

What We Offer:

Solid Rock Realty started in 2016 as a one-man operation and has been continuously growing since day 1. We are offering to the Videographer / Editor / Content Producer the compensation package below to assist the CEO and COO in this journey as a growing small company.

• Starting Wage: $100,000 Exempt Salary.
• Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break).
• Driving Mileage Reimbursement, Only Occasional Driving Needed.
• 8 Paid Holidays Off.
• Paid Sick Time – 48 Hours Annual Accrued at a rate of 1 Hr per 30 Hrs Worked.
• 401K Program.
• 401K Employer Matching Program Up To 5%.

The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day probationary period:

• Free Health and Dental, Low-Cost Vision Available.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 8 Hrs/Month Starting, 10 Hrs/Month after 5 Years, 12 Hrs/Month after 10 Years.
