About the Opportunity
Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Drywall Project Manager to lead multiple projects from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Oversee field operations and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Direct and mentor field personnel while maintaining safety protocols.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience, a proven track record managing projects ranging from $500K to $8M, proficiency in construction management software (OST/QB), strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills, excellence in client communication and team leadership, and a valid driver's license.
