Essential Responsibilities: • Lead multiple commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through completion • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans • Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Oversee field operations and ensure quality control standards are met • Direct and mentor field personnel while maintaining safety protocols
Qualifications: • 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience • Proven track record managing projects ranging from $500K to $8M • Proficiency in construction management software (OST/QB) • Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills • Excellence in client communication and team leadership • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
