Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile commercial projects while working with a company that values professional growth and work-life balance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through completion

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

• Perform detailed takeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid

• Coordinate with field superintendents, general contractors, and architects

• Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure project compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience

• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software

• Strong understanding of Division 9 specifications and industry standards

• Proven track record of successful project completions

• Excellence in written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
