• Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and addressing their needs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines that keep everyone on track.
• Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work closely with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Assist in managing and dispatching work orders, ensuring everything is in place for our technicians and contractors.
• Support senior management with regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or project management (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of project coordination experience, especially in security, technology, or construction.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
