Job Summary :
We are seeking skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will provide support for test and manufacturing departments, evaluate best practices as well as repair and maintain test equipment. This role includes evaluation of downtime, processes, and recommend solutions for the most effective use of equipment, information, material, employees, and other assets. May be assigned to special tasks and / or projects as required.
Responsibilities :
- Submit Proposals (Tasks and Projects for Evaluation, Application and Approval)
- Analyze Production and Non-Production Operations (Implement Suggestions for Improvements)
- Champion LEAN Projects (Various Departments and Lead the Implementation)
- Learn, Fix, and Support Test and Burn-in Equipment
- Generate communications, procedures, and reports in writing, in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications :
Schedule : Full-time / Monday - Friday
Salary : $70K - $90K Annual / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit)
