Duties
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with corporate finance teams to forecast financial performance and support budgeting processes.
- Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions and audits.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Experience
Must have at least 8 years experience in Quick-books software.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Experience in tax preparation and corporate finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
