We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team.

• Able to identify entry errors, and correct all entries.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support corporate finance decisions. The Accountant will work closely with various departments to manage accounts receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in tax preparation.

Duties

• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with corporate finance teams to forecast financial performance and support budgeting processes.
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions and audits.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Experience

Must have at least 8 years experience in Quick-books software.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and bank reconciliation procedures.
• Experience in tax preparation and corporate finance is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $30,587.00 - $50,889.00 per year
