Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle to create innovative and functional landscape designs.
• Develop comprehensive landscape plans, with a focus on outdoor living spaces, hardscapes, pool layouts, and plant selections.
• Collaborate with sales team to not only design project, but also to build the product.
• Plant Knowledge:
• Possess a deep understanding of regional plant species, their growth patterns, and maintenance requirements.
• Select and recommend plants suitable for the local climate and soil conditions, ensuring a thriving and sustainable landscape.
• Outdoor Living Expertise:
• Specialize in the design of outdoor living spaces that seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings.
• Incorporate elements such as patios, decks, pergolas, fire pits, lighting and other features that enhance the overall outdoor experience.
• Project implementation:
• Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of landscape designs.
• Client Communication:
• Effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine plans.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, and long-term landscape management.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in landscape design with a portfolio showcasing a range of outdoor living projects.
• In-depth knowledge of regional plants, climate considerations, and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Structure Studios, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
