[solidcore] is seeking an experienced lease administrator with strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and accurately abstract complex lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external parties. Additionally, they should have the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with business licenses and entity requirements.
Located in vibrant Arlington, Virginia, and reporting to the Vice President of Legal, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
\n- Review, analyze, and accurately abstract new lease agreements, amendments, and renewals into Occupier or similar lease administration software.
- Create detailed summaries of key lease terms including rent amounts, commencement dates, renewal options, tenant improvement allowances, and critical dates.
- Distribute in a timely manner finalized lease information and documentation to appropriate parties
- Respond to inquiries regarding lease details, billing questions, and resolving issues related to lease terms.
- Collaborate with property management, accounting, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of lease obligation
- Manage business licenses and entity compliance
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex lease agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with property management software and database systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leases and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with landlords and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leasing laws and regulations
